 “Local production for local consumption” is a philosophy we believe in.
The local fresh product is to provide the ultimate dining experience with beautifully presented cuisine that is sure to tasty.  All of the rice and the vegetables serve in Myojinkan are highest standard, grown locally at the own organic farm near by the hotel.

Cuisine on offer features the traditional Kaiseki, the creative Modern Japanese and the organic French.
The guests will choose the favorite dinner course from these 3 kinds of dishes upon your reservation.  The restaurant seats are limited and need advanced reservation.


『Kaiseki』
Traditional Japanese multi-course meal.
The dishes are made of seasonal ingredients which locally produced in Shinshu area and the guest will find each dish is not only delicious, but also good for your health.


『Modern Japanese』
We are always creating new style of the Japanese dishes, and the guests will experience a new appreciation of the Japanese traditional cuisine.
These dishes are prepared in the traditional Japanese method with an infusion of western influences.


『Organic French』
The chef of French cuisine is a certified chef of the Kushi Macrobiotec method, who creates the dishes with chemical free fresh vegetables, as the rich soil of this area produces high quality organic vegetables.
*Macrobiotec course will required the reservation 3days in advance and the charge of 2000yen per person add to the hotel charge.
